Artist creates free mask art installation in Indianapolis

Source: Fox 59 LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — An Indiana artist is turning his passion into providing free masks on the east side of Indianapolis.

“I always got to keep my hands busy, so I started making masks,” Philip Campbell told Fox 59 . “It doesn’t feel right for me to sell them, you know?”
