Art teachers paint mural in support of the fight against racism NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) – A mural in Norfolk hasn’t even been finished yet and already it’s inspiring a community. It’s a mural with a message: Black lives matter.

Artists Clayton Singleton and Nicole Harp are fine arts teachers at Norfolk Public Schools, each with their own portfolios of professional work.
